Malcolm and Susan Jay welcome you to Osedale House, a traditional stone built croft house situated on open croft land next to the lovely River Ose. We have stunning views of and MacLeod's Maidens, and on a fine day the Black Cuillin can also be seen. Our rural coastal location makes an ideal base forr walkes. fishermen or people who just love to absorb the atmosphere of this beautiful island.
Both of our rooms are en-suite, with hot drink making facilities using Fairtrade products, free WiFi connection and ample parking. Both rooms have enchanting views over Loch Bracadale and the River Ose.
Our quiet location is approximately one kilometre off the A63 from Struan and six miles from Dunvegan, where there are shops, restaurants, a medical centre, and the historical Dunvegan Castle, ancestral home of the Caln Macleod with its magical Faery Flag. The castle is open to the public and has extensive gardens, and offers seal boat trips.
After a relaxing night in one of our comfortable rooms, enjoy a hearty breakfast made with a selection of local produce: Skye kippers, home-made bread, and eggs from our free-range chickes. Vegetarian, vegan and special dietry requirements are well catered for.
